时序轮转，薪火相传；艺路同行，共启新章。2026年1月26日至28日，时装艺术国际同盟（International Fashion Art Network，简称IFAN）第三届理事会换届选举会议圆满举行。来自全球18个国家和地区的理事会成员于线上平台齐聚一堂，以民主、严谨的方式完成换届选举，共同见证同盟发展史上的重要时刻，为时装艺术的国际交流与创新发展注入新的活力。

As time cycles and the torch is passed on, we walk together on the artistic path to usher in a new chapter. From January 26 to 28, 2026, the 3rd Council Election Meeting of the International Fashion Art Network (IFAN) was successfully held. Council members from 18 countries and regions around the world gathered online, completed the election in a democratic and rigorous manner, jointly witnessed this important moment in the network's development history, and injected new vitality into the international exchange and innovative development of fashion art.

时装艺术国际同盟作为由艺术家、设计师、学者组成的国际交流平台，成立于2015年，曾于2020年12月召开换届大会，选举出第二届理事会成员。2020-2025年期间，围绕时装艺术交流与传播核心，开展了诸多活动，取得多方面成效与经验。会议伊始，全面回顾了过去的工作成果：从国际展览的成功举办到跨国文化交流的深化，每一项成就的取得，都离不开全体成员的同心协力，以及海内外合作伙伴的鼎力支持。同时梳理了当前行业发展趋势与同盟面临的新机遇，为新一届理事会的工作指明了方向。

As an international exchange platform composed of artists, designers and scholars, IFAN held a general election meeting in the form of an online conference in December 2020, electing members of the second council. During the 2020-2025 period, centering on the core of fashion art exchange and dissemination, it carried out a variety of activities and achieved results and experiences in multiple aspects. At the beginning of the meeting, a comprehensive review of past work achievements was conducted: from the successful holding of international exhibitions to the deepening of cross-border cultural exchanges. Every achievement cannot be separated from the joint efforts of all members and the strong support of domestic and foreign partners. At the same time, it sorted out the current industry development trends and new opportunities facing the network, pointing out the direction for the work of the new council.

回顾结束后，会议公布了学术及评审委员会名单，并进入换届选举环节。按照同盟章程规定，在全程公开、公正、透明的氛围中，与会代表以匿名投票方式完成了理事会成员的选举。经现场清点、核实选票，新一届理事会核心成员正式产生，吕越任同盟主席，王雷任常务副主席，来自中国、韩国、意大利、法国、美国等国家和地区的多位知名艺术家、学者当选为理事会成员地区副主席、成员地区理事长、常务理事、理事及秘书处秘书长、副秘书长等，形成了一支兼具国际视野、专业素养与创新能力的核心团队。随后会议公布了由琴基淑、李薇领衔的新一届IFAN顾问名单。IFAN顾问由在时装艺术领域具有深厚造诣、享有崇高学术与艺术声望的专家组成，并曾任同盟主席或副主席，为同盟的发展做出过重要贡献。她们将从艺术高度和学术深度为同盟发展提供重要指导。

After the review, the meeting announced the list of the Academic and Review Committee and entered the election session. In accordance with the network's articles of association, in an open, fair and transparent atmosphere throughout the process, the participating representatives completed the election of council members by anonymous voting. After on-site counting and verification of votes, the core members of the new Council were officially confirmed: Lyu Yue (Aluna) was appointed as the Alliance Chairman, Wang Lei as the Executive Vice Chairman, and many renowned artists and scholars from China, South Korea, Italy, France, the United States and other countries and regions were elected as Regional Vice Chairmen, Regional Directors, Executive Council Members, Council Members, Secretary-General of the Secretariat, Deputy Secretary-General, etc. This has formed a core team with international perspective, professional competence and innovative capabilities. Subsequently, the meeting announced the new IFAN Advisory Board list led by Key-Sook Geum (Korea) and Li Wei. The IFAN Advisory Board consists of experts with profound attainments and high academic and artistic prestige in the field of fashion art, who will provide important guidance for the alliance's development from an artistic and academic perspective.

最后新当选的第三届理事会主席吕越教授发表任职感言。她首先向在上一届工作中付出心血的各位理事及秘书处团队致以诚挚感谢，同时表示，连任既是信任，更是责任。未来任期内，第三届理事会将秉持同盟初心，传承优良传统，以“跨界融合、文化互鉴、守正创新”为核心方向，继续深耕时装艺术的学术探索与国际传播：一方面将拓展与全球时尚艺术机构的合作，打造更多高质量的国际展览与学术论坛；另一方面将搭建更广阔的创作与交流平台，推动时装艺术在新时代焕发更强生命力。

Finally, Professor Lyu Yue (Aluna), the newly elected Chairperson of the 3rd Council, delivered an inauguration speech. She first expressed sincere gratitude to all council members and the secretariat team for their efforts in the previous term, and stated that being re-elected is not only a trust but also a responsibility. During the upcoming term, the 3rd Council will uphold the original aspiration of the network, inherit fine traditions, and take "cross-border integration, cultural mutual learning, and innovation while upholding traditions" as the core direction, continuing to deepen the academic exploration and international dissemination of fashion art. On the one hand, it will expand cooperation with global fashion and art institutions, create more high-quality international exhibitions and academic forums; on the other hand, it will build a broader platform for creation and exchange, promoting fashion art to radiate stronger vitality in the new era.

薪火相传守初心，凝心聚力赴新程。IFAN第三届理事会换届选举的圆满落幕，标志着同盟正式开启发展新征程。时装艺术国际同盟将搭建更坚实的国际协作平台，汇聚全球时装艺术力量，让时装艺术成为跨越国界、连接心灵的文化纽带，共同书写全球时装艺术创新发展的精彩答卷。
