My name is Louda Larrain. I am an artist, fashion and textile designer.

In the early 90s, while caring for my newborn son, I experimented with various techniques of making textiles and I found mine. It gives me freedom of creating fabric as if it is a painting. 

While living in Paris I spent 10 years designing and producing handmade textiles in my technique for the major High Fashion houses Chanel, Dior, Thierry Mugler, Christian Lacroix, Emanuel Ungaro and others. 

Nowadays my main focus is on my couture line Louda Collection where all garments are one-of-a-kind hand-made in my Kauai studio.
