范玉明，研究员级高级工艺美术师；正高级乡村振兴技艺师；江苏省工艺美术名人；江苏省乡土人才“三带”名人；苏州市工艺美术大师；苏州市第五批非物质文化遗产代表性传承人；缂丝专业委员会副会长。1973年出生于苏州东渚，师从王金山，从事缂丝技艺二十余年，擅长缂人物、花鸟、佛像等。成功复制过 “明黄地万历十二章纹福寿衮服”、“寿桃毡靴”、“罗地织龙戏珠膝袜” 等十余件文物。为提高缂丝技艺水平，进入清华大学工艺美术学院和中国艺术研究院进修学习纤维专业与工艺美术。为传播非遗文化，传授缂丝技艺，与多所学校进行长期合作，教授学生缂丝技艺。

In order to spread the intangible cultural heritage and teach the art of Kesi, we have long-term cooperation with many schools to teach students the art of Kesi.

作品《新女红》以鲜红的视觉基调让东方情境跃然而出，以丝绸、漳缎、蜀锦、宋锦、土家锦，以及苏绣等精巧工艺塑造紧身胸衣，凸显女性的柔美与坚强。人体形制的造型及独特的裁剪线型，呈现出多元的女性形象。

借用女红的“红”（gong）字的另一个读音红（hong ）作为作品的视觉基调。

在展览中，辅以百朵玫瑰，在相得益彰的碰撞中，服装伴随鲜花盛开凋零的流逝过程，也见证了记忆与现实在这手艺与身体中形成的中和,同时也强调中国传统纺织文化的博大精深。

缂丝提供者范玉明为缂丝非物质文化遗产传承人。

The work "New Needlework (Nv Gong)" brings out the oriental scene with bright red visual tone. It uses silk, Zhangzhou velvet satin, Shu brocade, Song brocade, Tujia brocade and Su embroidery to shape the corsets, highlighting the feminine beauty and strength. The shape of the human body and the unique cutting line present a diverse female image.

The work uses the other pronunciation of the Chinese character "红" in “Nv Gong (needlework)”, which sounds “Hong” with the meaning “red” as its visual tone.

During the exhibition, supplementing by hundreds of roses, the clothing is accompanied by the process of blooming and withering of the flowers in a collision that complements each other, witnessing the fusion of memory and reality in this handcraft and human body, and meanwhile highlighting the extensive and profound Chinese traditional textile culture.
