Between the Reality and Imagination —— International Fashion Art Invitational Exhibition

(China – Xiqiao)

November 26^th, 2021 – December 1^st, 2021

■ Theme: Between the Reality and Imagination – Life, Nature, Science and Technology

■ Exhibition Venue: Qiaoshan Culture Center, Xiqiao, Foshan, Guangdong, China

■ Important Dates:

  1) Exhibition Preparation: November 24^th to 25^nd, 2021

  2) Opening Ceremony: November 26^th, 2021

  3) “Life, Nature, Science and Technology & Fashion Art” Seminar: Afternoon on November 26^th, 2021

  4) Exhibition Period: November 26^rd, 2021 – December 1^st, 2021

5) Closing Day: December 2^st, 2021

■ Work Requirements: 

  Each collection may include 2- 5 works and can be displayed on mannequins)

■ Please submit the following work files to fashionart_2021@126.com on/before October 15th, 2021 

1) Work Photos: 1-3 images for each work (resolution 300dpi)

2) Work Video: At least 1 video for each work (resolution 720P)

- Video formats: .mov, .mpeg, .mp4, .avi, .wmv, .mpegps, .flv, WebM, and 3GPP

- Video duration: 1 minute

- Screen setup: Horizontal screen

- Video cover: The video cover should contains the author’s name, nationality, and the name of your works/collection

3) Portraits: 1-2 photos (resolution 300dpi)

4) The filled Exhibition Application Form (see “Attachment 1”)

■ IFAN Initiatives:

International artist will receive a package include:

1) One exhibition catalog (hard copy)

2) One exhibition DVD containing all digital files of the participated works

3) Insurance for works during the exhibition period

Due to the pandemic of COVID-19 and measures under prevention and control of disease ordinance, a collegial decision was taken effect: 

- Overseas artists will not be invited to Xiqiao, China, and the final presentation of your works will be streamed online with video; 

- The works of overseas artists can be mailed to Xiqiao if the artists can bear the possible risks may occur during transportation. We will afford the insurance of the works during the exhibition period.
